Training Overview
Explore approaches and tools to cultivate an environment that promotes psychological safety, welcomes diverse voices and perspectives on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I), multiculturalism, intergenerationalism, and creates an inclusive workspace.
This training program equips participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to foster inclusivity and demonstrate inclusive leadership in their organizations. Research shows that organizations with a diverse team and positive inclusion practices hold a competitive advantage: Employees in an inclusive culture are 3 times more likely to report being happy at their job, with those employees being 1.5 times more likely to give their best (CEO North America). Conversely, companies with above-average diversity in leadership are 19 percentage points more innovative and have EBIT margins that are 9 percentage points higher than those of companies with less diverse teams (BCG).
