Deirdre McCarthy Gallagher
Lead Facilitator and Trainer

Conflict resolution and communication professional Deirdre Gallagher helps stakeholders practice and apply tools to navigate conflict at the lowest possible level. Blending an academic foundation in dispute resolution with more than 25 years of applied conflict resolution experience, she uses her broad skill set to give diverse views a meaningful voice.

Known for her patience, understanding and persistence, Deirdre guides parties to tune in to diverse viewpoints and move forward from conflict. She has written extensively on the power of dispute resolution processes to manage conflict and transform relationships. As a trainer and facilitator, she emphasizes hands-on practice and tangible takeaways for clients to put into action.
