Chris Kwok helps workplaces work better by solving seemingly intractable problems between individuals and groups. He focuses on customized training and facilitation that lets participants talk through differences, understand where divergent views come from and compromise to meet shared goals.
“Coming to America as an immigrant has given me an outsider's perspective on issues. I have found this to be a useful experience that I tap into often as I come up with creative solutions to problems.”
With over 15 years of experience at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, where he mediated over 1,000 disputes, Chris understands the range of conflicts that arise in the workplace. He is particularly attuned to issues involving diversity, equity and inclusion; implicit bias; and identity. His decades of hands-on experience as an advocate, mediator and community leader guide his client engagement.
